Celebrating 75 Years of Home and Community

Qualico’s story began in the 1950s as Quality Construction Ltd., founded on the belief that quality housing should be attainable for average-income families. As Edmonton grew, Qualico grew alongside it, evolving from a homebuilder into a community developer that helped shape neighbourhoods throughout Edmonton and the surrounding region.

For 75 years, these communities have provided places for generations to build homes, raise families and put down roots. To celebrate this milestone, the Parade of Showhomes invites you to explore the range of Qualico communities shaping the region today.

From October 3 to November 15, 2026, visit a Showhome in any of the 10 eligible Qualico communities to enter for your chance to win $7,500.

Each eligible community you visit earns you another entry, up to a maximum of 10. The more communities you explore, the more chances you have to win.
