Qualico Communities has been in the land development industry for over 70 years. In addition to our headquarters in Winnipeg, we have Canadian offices in Vancouver, Regina, Saskatoon, Calgary and Edmonton. We also have two U.S. offices in Austin and Dallas, Texas.

Currently we have 21 active communities in Edmonton and the surrounding area, including Spruce Grove, Stony Plain, Sherwood Park, Fort Saskatchewan, Beaumont, Leduc, Devon and Hinton.
