Qualico Communities has been in the land development industry for over 70 years. In addition to our headquarters in Winnipeg, we have Canadian offices in Vancouver, Regina, Saskatoon, Calgary and Edmonton. We also have two American offices in Austin and Dallas, Texas.
We work with a variety of trusted builder partners to bring our vision to life. Once the community is designed, the land is sold as home lots to home builders, phase by phase. The builders design and construct homes based on the customers’ needs and Qualico’s beautiful architectural standards.
